Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In the event of high order volume or unexpected delays, processing times may take longer.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship orders from Brussels, Belgium to customers within Belgium, the European Union, and selected international destinations.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
ZT 1 Projects SRL (operating under the brand ZETTO AEK) is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@zettoaek.be with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue if possible.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
